Welcome to the SMRP Training Academy. This Guide will help you navigate through the new system and in your course(s). Now that you have courses assigned to you, your learning is self-directed with 24/7 access. Follow the steps below to optimize your experience.

Your Dashboard
- Find the courses you’ve purchased on the Dashboard.
- Click the Course Title to get started. Be sure to keep in mind your course Expiration Date.
How do I navigate my purchased course?
Starting Your Course
- Modules should be taken in the order they are presented for the best user experience.
- Click View Course (to the right) to get started.
- Make sure your Pop-Up Blocker is turned off.
Working Through the Course
- Work your way through each course in the progression stated in the menu.
- Take advantage of all the information presented – where prompted, click on images or icons to review more information.
- Once a section has been completed, it will be noted with a check.
- Need to review? You can always move back to sections you have completed.
- The Knowledge Checks at the end of each section are not scored, but instead are there to promote learning and retention. Answer one incorrectly? Take a few minutes to go back and review the information in that section.
- Until the course expiration date, you can review any completed module by clicking View Course, and clicking Reset when the course opens. Once in the course, navigate to any section you’d like to review.
Work at Your Pace
- Close the course and return as you have time. From your Dashboard, click View Course; click Resume.
- Don’t forget the Resources which can be found in the upper right-hand corner of each course. Click on Resources and download those that are available.
- Once you have completed all course modules tell us about your experience. Click 'Fill Out Survey' to complete. Your feedback is invaluable to helping us improve the learning experience.
How do I access my course certificate?
Once you have completed the course survey, your Certificate of Completion will automatically appear on
the screen. Click Print this Page. Or from your Dashboard, click Transcript / Achievements. View CE Earned, print or download your Certificate.
Have other Certificates and CE hours you’d like to keep track of? Click Add Additional Credits/Experience. Check ‘Include on downloaded transcript’, complete the required information and upload your Certificate. The system can serve as a repository for your certificates.

While technology is great, it is not perfect, and there may be times when you encounter issues. No need to panic; we're here to help. Check the list of common issues below and follow the suggested steps. I tried logging in, but can't access my account.
- Ensure your account is fully activated. You can find the steps here.
- Clear your browsing cache & cookies. You can find the steps here (Chrome).
- Navigate to the SMRP Training Academy from the SMRP website.
- Ensure you are entering the email associated with your account.

My course isn't loading correctly.
- Close the course, and relaunch. Course loading issues are usually due to an internet disruption and/or slower content load rates. Once you relaunch your course, it should automatically correct itself. If it doesn’t, consider switching to a faster internet connection.
