Module 1 - Work Identification, Validation, and Approval

Additionally, you will describe the concepts and methods of work prioritization, including asset criticality and the use of the RIME methodology. You will also understand the formal work planning process.
Module 2 - Work Execution & Monitoring

You will also learn how to apply principles of the formal work management process, demonstrating expertise in safe work practices by effectively utilizing permits and implementing lockout tagout procedures, ensuring a thorough mastery of the safe execution of work. You will also learn how to document work effectively at each step in the work management process and apply methods for analyzing and tracking tasks, enabling continuous improvement.
Module 3 - Project Planning & Resource Allocation

Additionally, you will learn how to estimate packages and costs by utilizing time estimation techniques, determining the critical path, and effectively sequencing project activities.

Module 5 - Manage Resources & Materials

You will also explore spare parts management, honing skills in optimal supplier selection while reviewing the process and advantages of parts knitting. The module covers advanced inventory management techniques, exploring core components of carrying costs and equipping you with strategies like demand forecasting for optimizing stock availability and inventory management.
